Once we receive an order from the customer, we provide leak testers for production line systems as a comprehensive package that includes design, production, installation, and adjustment. Through the use of dedicated finishing controls and tooling drive mechanisms that make the most of Yamaha's instrument finishing know-how cultivated over its history of more than 100 years, it is possible to perform finishing processes for absolutely any kind of product.

We do use FANUC-made robots, but the models we use are custom models made specifically for use with Yamaha technologies. These robots feature software designed for improved usability, developed alongside these robots for dedicated finishing, meaning that teaching time is reduced.

We do not sell robots, tools heads, or other parts of these systems separately. We only sell them as part of robot systems.

First we look at a product that the customer intends to machine with our systems, and then we draft a finishing plan for that product. After that, we conduct tests using actual robots, and after we have the customer's approval concerning quality, we begin to narrow down specifications for the system.

Since the specifications for quality requirements for each part from different customers vary greatly, we are unable to provide even preliminary estimates until testing and quality confirmation have been completed. Lead times can vary depending on our robot stock, so please inquire about them individually.
